Where you’ve seen her: Strutting down runways and munching on frites in her native Belgium.
Rhymes with beerinckx: “I’ve always used it professionally, even on my modeling card. I mean Sabrina is very easy, thank God, to pronounce and to remember in any country. But usually I’m known as ‘Sabrina with the difficult last name.’”
Kinda like successful one-night stands: “The thing with modeling is that you’re doing so many shoots–a new one, like, every two or three days. The pace of it is fast, fast, fast. One day you’re all the best of friends and everybody loves each other, and a week later you hardly remember anyone. The experience doesn’t really stay carved in your mind.”
There go our vacation plans: “I don’t know where the idea came from, but people seem to think that everyone in Europe wears those little Speedo bathing suits. I much prefer the big, American swim trunks. I’m sorry to disappoint anyone that does like Speedos, but don’t go to Europe—they’re not there anymore.”
