1 Habanero
4 Tomato (Roma)
1/2 Red Onion
1 Garlic Clove
5 Cilantro Leaves
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Tablespoon Manufacturing Cream
1 Teaspoon Butter
Boil the tomatoes, habanero, onion, and garlic clove for 10 minutes.
Put the boiled items in a blender, add cilantro and a little salt and pepper for taste, and blend together.
By now, it should look like the above picture.
Now that the salsa part is done, take about 4 oz of salsa and heat it up in a pan. Add the cream, sugar, butter and soy sauce and reduce it by 1/3 or until it’s creamy.
And that’s it! This sauce is good to use with fish or chicken, and you can use the remainder of the salsa for a dip.
