The 5 Funniest Signs We Saw at College GameDay
ESPN’s annual kickoff for the college football season brings real-life trolling.
On Saturday morning ESPN kicked off College GameDay 2015 at the Fort Worth, TX Stockyards. It proved fun for fans of college football and for fans of comedy broadcast via homemade signs.
SBNation highlighted some of the funniest they could find, and we agree with some of their choices.

This guy’s sly needling of Alabama coach Nick Saban was easily one of the social media favorites, sparking a series of tweets dryly quoting the sign. We don’t believe this is true of Coach Saban at all, of course—in July The Big Lead noted a book about Saban highlighted a quote in which he actually said one of the smarter things we’ve read about fooling around in general.

SBNation missed this dude, but College GameDay’s own Instagram account made sure he had his moment. We hope he can’t see you either, buddy, guy has to have his personal football time.

Also snagged by GameDay’s Instagrammer—this candidate for Dad of the Year. We hope the kids just slept in.

SBNation highlighted this sign, referring to Auburn coach Gus Malzahn. We’re just guessing it was made by an Alabama fan. For what it’s worth, Coach Malzahn shouldn’t worry—a lot of the names and email addresses used in the Ashley Madisondata dumps are fake.

A sign with a coded message aimed at ‘Bama, however, seems like an almost intentional response. Gus Malzahn would probably approve.
Football is here, finally, and it looks like the wit and enthusiasm of the fandom is already off the hook. It only gets more fun—and funnier—from here on out.
