5 Tropical Cocktails To Drink Right Now

The season of beaching and boozing has officially arrived. Time to slip on your favorite Hawaiian shirt and drink in the sweet, sweet flavors of summer. These five summery cocktails draw upon pineapple, coconut, and just about every spirit under sun to deliver refreshing sweetness with a crisp bite.
That Scotch One

1.5 ounces CuttySark Whisky
.5 ounce Cocchi Americano
.75 ounce White Peppercorn, Hibiscus Honey Syrup
.75 ounce Lemon Juice
2 Dash Peychauds Bitters
Boylan Creme Float
Muddled Strawberry
Mint Sprig Garnish
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice, garnish with mint.
Citroen Peach Jacobus
1.5 ounces Ketel One Citroen Flavored Vodka
.25 ounce Applejack Brandy
.5 ounce Peach Puree
2-3 dashes Rhubarb Bitters
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake well with ice and double strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a fan of peach slices.
Only The Wise
2 ounces Cachaça 51
.5 ounce lemon juice
.5 ounce sage simple syrup
.75 ounce pineapple juice
Seltzer
Pour Cachaça 51, juices and sage syrup into a shaker. Shake and pour into a collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top with seltzer. Use a pineapple leaf as garnish.

1 ounce Jagermeister Original
1 ounce Casamigos Repo Tequila
.75 ounce Pineapple Gum Syrup
.5 ounce Lime Juice
1 Dash Hellfire Shrub
Shake and strain into an Old Fashioned Glass, with large ice cubes.

2 Parts Hornitos Plata Tequila
.5 Part Agave Nectar
1 Part Lime Juice
2 Parts Coconut Water
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Lime Peel
Combine all ingredients with ice in shaker. Shake, strain.
