On what would have been the late and legendary hip hop artist Tupac Shakur’s 45th birthday, we got the first taste of the Tupac Shakur biopic All Eyez on Me

Now, on the anniversary of the rapper’s untimely death, a second teaser for the highly-anticipated film has been released, and it’s pretty intense.

The trailer is brimming with tension and provocative imagery. Images of police brutality trade off with clips depicting a turbulent personal life for Shakur, played by Demetrius Shipp Jr. All this is stitched in with scenes of FBI raids and gunfights in the streets and makes for an intriguing, unsettling look at what could be a riveting illustration of Shakur’s life.

Directed by music video and film director Benny Boom, All Eyez on Me is scheduled to hit theaters November 11. If the trailers are any indicator, it looks as though the flick will take audiences through the tumultuous days of the famed rapper’s stardom as if they were there alongside him.
