‘Making a Murderer’ Subject Brendan Dassey To See WWE Wishes Come True
We guess the video purveyors mean well.
When you’ve been wrongly convicted of rape and murder charges and sent to prison, you tend to miss out on a lot. For Brendan Dassey, one of the subjects of Netflix’s smash hit Making a Murderer docu-series, his grueling nine years in prison prevented him from attending WWE’s Wrestlemania.
With Dassey’s conviction being overturned this month due to belief his confession was coerced by police investigators, the avid wrestling fan may have his WWE wishes granted, courtesy of one of the world’s largest pornography websites, XHamster.
“We are pleased that we can make this young man’s dream of going to Wrestlemania come true,” said xHamster spokesman Alex Hawkins. “We have been in talks with the family and they are more than thrilled that Brendan will get this opportunity after so many years of heartache and injustice. We are waiting on a response from Brendan and we know he will be thrilled that he is going to Wrestlemania when he gets out.”
Judge William E. Duffin has given prosecutors 90 days to consider re-trying Dassey, but nothing has been considered just yet. So Christmas may early for the Manitowoc County resident—even if it’s a little like a gift from a creepy uncle.
