Carmen Electra & Jenny McCarthy Heat Up SKIMS Swimwear Campaign
The ’90s icons joined forces for a steamy bikini shoot.
Summer fun in the sun takes on a whole new meaning in the latest eye-catching campaign from SKIMS, this time bringing together two scorching icons in a breezy new photoshoot.
None other than Carmen Electra, 51, and Jenny McCarthy, 50, are the latest to put Kim Kardashian‘s fan-favorite SKIMS line to good use, showing off a range of bikinis and one-piece swimsuits in the vibrant, ’90s-inspired campaign.
The campaign featured callbacks to both Electra’s Baywatch days via a scoop-neck one-piece, as well as a zip-front one-piece.
On Instagram, McCarthy called the campaign a “wet hot summer,” while Electra said in a press release that “being reunited with Jenny for this Skims campaign was such a dream.”
The playful campaign, which saw the mischievous use of melting ice cream, was shot in front of a red-and-white tile backdrop.
“It felt like we were back in the ’90s, and years later we’re still having fun!” McCarthy said in the campaign’s press release.
The apparently ageless duo join the likes of Kim K herself, not to mention supermodels ranging from Tyra Banks to Candice Swanepoel, in showing off their love of SKIMS.
