For anyone who wishes to use 14-year-old Danielle Bregoli‘s signature catchphrase—”Cash me ousside, how bow dat?”—you may have to “cash” her in a court of law.
The viral Dr. Phil guest, who is now a millionaire and all lawyered up, is suing Anonymous Games Inc. for releasing two apps that utilize her trademark expression: Cash Me Outside and How Bout Dat.
Bregoli seeks $1 million in damages and contends that she is owed all the revenue produced from the apps. But her case may be thin.

Anonymous Games has since shuttered its How Bout Dat app and changed the name of Cash Me Outside to the less legally contentious “Get Cash Outside.” The app has removed all mentions of Bregoli’s catchphrase and simply replaced them with “It’s lit!”
What’s more, Anonymous Games released these apps on Jan. 27, which is before Bregoli formerly trademarked “Cash me ousside, how bow dat?” on May 3.
Dr. Phil has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
