The Spirit in Jefferson’s Cellar

1 1/2 oz. Don Q Añejo Rum
2 oz. apple cider
2 pieces of fresh ginger
1 nutmeg berry
Add rum, cider, and ginger to a shaker. Shake and strain into a snifter and grate fresh nutmeg over top.
