See Insane New Weaponry and Game Modes in ‘Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’ Trailer

The latest trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 gives us a closer look than ever before at the wild gunfights that are sure to ensure in the campaign-less first-person shooter. 

The two-minute video first shows the Multiplayer Beta, which features customizable characters, six new maps, and a crazy arsenal of weaponry that includes whatever the hell this thing is:

But many gamers—especially Fortnite fans—will be most excited to see Blackout Beta, the title’s highly anticipated battle royale mode.

An annoyingly short teaser shows a bloody shootout between an attack helicopter and ATV-riding soldiers with a few snippets of first-person gameplay sprinkled throughout.

Digital Trends has further details on when the Black Ops 4 betas will drop on different consoles: 

The first multiplayer beta test for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 begins on August 3, and it will be limited to PlayStation 4 players who pre-ordered the game.

A second test on August 10 will also include Xbox One players, and the PC version will receive a concurrent beta test on Battle.net. These tests will include access to modes like Team Deathmatch and Hardpoint, but Blackout won’t be available to play until a separate beta in September.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will fully launch for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC on October 12.
