The Daily Heat Index: Watch Four Sets of Identical Twins Travel Back Through Time on a NYC Subway

Plus, Jenna Dewan Tatum gets her own dance competition show, and Chelsea Handler gives Reese Witherspoon a very NSFW birthday gift.

Here’s a daily dose of what’s heating up the internet:

The Time Travel Subway Car
Most advances made by random strangers on the New York City subway to other passengers are shut down almost immediately. That is, unless you exclaim that you’re from the future. When a man begs for change in order to build a time machine, his doppelgänger shows up mere seconds later to prevent the passengers from doling out money after claiming he was his future self and time travel will ruin just about everything. As more “future selves” begin to reveal themselves, it’s made clear that this isn’t some real-life Twilight Zone episode, but instead the work of Improv Everywhere, a comedy troupe known for its subway antics. Prepare to be amazed in the video above.

Jenna Dewan Tatum Dances Again
If you are in serious withdrawal after Jenna’s Lip Sync Battle ‘Pony’ performance, you’re in luck. The actress, dancer, and all-around smokeshow is putting her talents to good use as she and hubby Channing are joining up with NBC for a 6-episode dance competition show. No word what it’ll be called, but the Tatums will both serve as executive producers, with Jenna acting as a regular judge and mentor. Where do we sign up?

Happy Birthday @reesewitherspoon

The Best Kind of Chelsea Selfie
Yesterday was Southern beaut Reese Witherspoon’s 40th birthday, and while our gift was a roundup of gorgeous photos, Chelsea Handler delivered the actress something we could not possibly do. The comedian, known for her raunchy antics, stripped down to basically nothing for an Instagram selfie with the caption: “Happy birthday @reesewitherspoon.” No word on Reese’s response to the photo, but we can bet she has it blown up and framed in her house right about now.
