The All-New Avengers
On Sunday night, fans were treated to a never-before-seen clip of the newly assembled Avengers kicking some serious ass in Captain America: Civil War. Featuring Cap, Falcon, and Scarlet Witch, the three battled henchmen and new villain Crossbones in what’s likely the film’s opening battle sequence. With plenty of action crammed into this :50 second TV spot, we can only imagine how much explosive stuff we’ll see in Marvel’s longest movie to date (rumored to clock in at close to 2 hours and 20 minutes). Captain America: Civil War opens on May 6th, 2016.
Don’t Forget, They’re the Bad Guys
Suicide Squad stars Will Smith, Margot Robbie, Cara Delevingne, and Jared Leto presented the newest teaser for their DC film last night and proved that Sweet’s “Ballroom Blitz” makes virtually everything more epic. Our latest look at Task Force X featured tons of explosive action, more witty lines from Harley Quinn, and a much better view of both Jared Leto’s The Joker and Ben Affleck’s Batman. We’ll know how good it feels to be bad when the comic book film hits theaters later this year on August 5th.

First Look: ‘Kong: Skull Island’
We have some time before we’ll see the Empire State-climbing primate back on the big screen, but the MTV Movie Awards gave us our first inside look at the highly anticipated Kong: Skull Island. Set with a well-rounded cast of Brie Larson, Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, and John Goodman, the film focuses on the group’s journey to a previously uncharted island that goes from zero to one hundred after encountering beasts that they never knew existed. The new take on the classic King Kong creature makes its way to theaters on March 10th, 2017.
