You’re on the cover of NCAA Football 14. How’s it feel make it through a fan vote?
It’s tremendous. It’s one thing that I always dreamed about doing and this is a great accomplishment, and I think I have to say thank you to God, and to the fans that went out and voted. Also my family and all the friends and all the college watchers – everybody that watches college football. I want to give a big shout out to all of them on the EA Sports game and make sure people go out there and pre-order.
We saw you take down the Madden Bowl this year; are you usually a big gamer?
Oh yeah, I am definitely a gamer.
What do you play?
I usually play all games, all video games. I play Madden, I’ve always been a big fan of NBA Live.
The Jags list you as an “Offensive Weapon” which is probably the coolest position in history. What do you anticipate your role will be this season?
Hopefully, they put me in a lot of different positions this season. I just want to help the team. Just be one guy and be effective in the game and try to help out the team however I can. I’ll do whatever it takes, if it means making a block for Henne, I’ll do that. I just want to be be one of the guys that can help out the team.
What are you learning about pro football that you didn’t know before?
It’s a job, it’s something that you got to take up as a job. I thought it was a job, but when you get into it, you really got to be a professional. You got to do everything on time, do things the right way, and always be on your P’s and Q’s, everywhere you go.

Do you have a scar that tells a story?
I have a scratch on my leg, my right leg. It came from me playing football one day. I had made a tackle and I got a big cut on my leg. I didn’t notice it until I got off the field. It made me think I was tough.

Finish this sentence: If I ruled the world for a day, I would…
If I ruled the world for a day, I would continue to rule the world. Extend it, that’s what I would do.
