If you saw the first John Wick, you know that his adorable dog Daisy gets knocked off in the first 20 minutes of the film, sending Wick into a kill-crazy vengeance spree. But in this trailer from Rocket Jump, an alternative story line is explored in which John Wick is killed and Daisy goes on a vengeful rampage on behalf of Wick. Watch it above.
It’s pretty much exactly the same as other John Wick: Chapter 2 trailers, except way more adorable. As if the notion of a puppy slaughtering baddies with a Glock wasn’t already strangely watchable, the dialogue makes it even funnier as a Russian crime boss redundantly explains “You killed John Wick’s dog’s human. That human was John Wick.”
This might even be better than the John Wick-Michael Jackson mashup. What do you think?
