In a moving video shared to his Instagram account, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson gifted U.S. Navy veteran Oscar Rodriguez with his personal, customized Ford F-150 Raptor truck.

In the video’s caption the superstar actor wrote, “My original idea was to give away the Porsche Taycan, that I drive in the movie, Red Notice.”

Unfortunately, The Rock said Porsche “said no” and the Red Notice star decided to “do one better. I’ll give away my personal custom truck as the gift. My baby.” (Somewhere, someone at Porsche is likely regretting missing this viral p.r. opportunity.)

“You do a lot of good for people, brother,” The Rock told a sobbing Rodriguez after gifting him the truck as an early Christmas present.

The custom black F-150 Raptor truck owned by Johnson had a 3.5-liter V6 engine paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission.

In a surprise speech to the Red Notice fan screening that Rodriguez attended, the Rock lauded him for taking care of his 75-year old mom, volunteering to make meals for domestic violence victims, and being a leader at his church.

“That was pretty special,” The Rock said at the end of his IG video. “What a good guy, who does so much for so many people…It’s an honor to give a little bit a joy to someone who deserves probably a lot more than just my truck. And now I can figure out how I’m getting home, because I don’t have my ride,” he joked.
