The 20 Hottest Looks From the 2018 Academy Awards
Jennifer Lawrence, Margot Robbie and Eiza González were on fire.
Compared to the 2018 Golden Globes, the 90th annual Academy Awards were a bit of a slog: everything you expected to win won, and nothing as outlandish or viral-worthy as the La La Land/Moonlight Best Picture mixup went down.
But there was a funny moment when director Guillermo del Toro double-checked the envelop to make sure his movie, The Shape of Water, had actually won the Best Picture Oscar (it did).
The red carpet was a livelier affair.
Presenter Jennifer Lawrence continued her sexy red-carpet streak in a Christian Dior gown, Best Actress nominee Margot Robbie stunned in a custom Chanel dress that took over 600 hours to make and Baby Driver beauty Eiza González made one hell of a debut in sexy Ralph Lauren number.
The looks ranged from extremely gorgeous to eye-meltingly hot. See all our favorites, in the slideshow above.

In case you missed the ceremony, The Shape of Water indeed took home Best Picture, beating out Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. Though Three Billboards stars Frances McDormand and Sam Rockwell won Best Actress and Best Supporting Actor, respectively.

Perhaps the one true surprise was Jordan Peele winning Best Original Screenplay for his horror social commentary Get Out. Although acclaimed, the movie was seen as too unconventional of a choice for older, more traditional Academy voters.

Oh yeah, and Kobe Bryant had an Oscar now! How the hell did that happen?
