It’s smokin’!
The mezcal adds a nice smoky addition to the sweet (pineapple) and spicy (jalepeño) flavor in this delicious drink.
Humo Rojo (‘Red Smoke’)

Ingredients:
2.0 oz Alacran 100% mezcal
1/2 oz cherry heering liqueur
1/2 oz Jalepeño syrup
3/4 pineapple juice
Two lemon slices
Recipe:
Muddle the lemon slices in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and add the remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain over ice into a rocks glass; garnish with an orange twist.
