J.J. Watt Wrote a Letter to Try to Get a Fan Out of Work

Can we get one of those, Mr. Watt?

When Ashlee Sanchez of Brownsville, Texas bought a ticket to a charity softball game being put on by football superhero J.J. Watt, she overlooked the fact that she would have to be at work at the same time. Despondent, Sanchez reached out to Watt through Twitter for some assistance:

Improbably, Watt responded with a letter asking for Sanchez to be excused:

For a man who spends the season crushing QB’s and catching touchdowns and his off-season working out in a cabin and living a monastic existence, Watt still found the time to help a fan get out of work. That’s pretty cool. Let’s just hope Sanchez’s boss is not a Titans fan.
