What’s the mystery, you ask? There’s no rum in this refreshing drink… just Hendrick’s and St. Germaine.
Magical Mystery Mojito
Ingredients:
¾ oz Monin cucumber syrup
8-10 mint leaves
1½ oz Hendrick’s gin
½ oz St. Germaineelderflower liqueur
1 oz lime juice
Directions:
Muddle Monin cucumber syrup and mint leaves five times. Shake remaining ingredients with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with mint sprig and cucumber spear.
