Ex-adult actress Mia Khalifa, most famous in her post-porn life for razzing athletes, has turned her critical eye to the movies, specifically on the acclaimed war flick Dunkirk. First, she dropped this spicy tweet.

In the event you have been living under a culture-deprived rock, Dunkirk is The Dark Knight Rises director Christopher Nolan‘s latest film. It is centered on the eponymous evacuation of Allied soldiers (mostly British) from the North of France during World War II.
Dunkirk has raked up an impressive 92 percent approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, and everyone—apart from the tasteless runts at Esquire and the French (who are mad they were left out of the film)—is praising its cinematography, subtle performances and spectacularly choreographed violence.
That said, Khalifa—in her first-ever YouTube video—sounded off on the film everyone is talking about. While she ultimately gave it a 7 out of 10, she had some practical hangups about the film, primarily with its fragmented and nonlinear storytelling.
“I didn’t know if this whole thing lasted 23 hours or if the rescue mission took like two and a half months,” Khalifa said. “You never knew what time of day it was, what the fucking temperature was… I’m like, ‘What the fuck is going on?'”
“It was raining in half the scenes and like sunny as shit in the rest. I was so confused about that. Like, were they on different parts of the country?”
Perhaps she should have brushed up on her history, or at least Google searched World War II beforehand, to avoid confusion.
“Did this end World War II, or was this like… a random battle? You could not tell. There was no context.”
Khalifa did reserve praise for the art direction and star Harry Styles, the former One Direction member who shocked viewers by not being terrible.
“It looked like the entire film was in the filter Nashville,” Khalifa said.
“And Harry Styles was in it? He wasn’t bad… That was pretty impressive; he had the most dialogue.”
Despite it not meeting her high expectations, Khalifa recommends we all go see it. “I’d still go see it. It was still a Chris Nolan movie, don’t get me wrong.”
How about a date night, Mia?
