Neo and Trinity Reunite In New ‘The Matrix 4’ Set Video
Footage captured Carrie-Anne Moss and Keanu Reeves on a motorcycle ride.
The Matrix 4 isn’t the most secretive set, apparently.
That’s only good for fans of the movie, as we’ve been treated to glimpses of the actors we know from movies 1-3 performing scenes that leave everyone with some intriguing questions—like the footage which caught Carrie-Anne Moss (Trinity) and Keanu Reeves (Neo) out for a ride.

Made in Oakland, California and posted to Twitter on February 16th, the video revealed Moss’s Trinity on a motorcycle with Neo as her passenger.

It admittedly isn’t the most crystal-clear clip—neither were the previous shots of Reeves on the street—but Trinity appears to be wearing her usual in-Matrix getup (black leather, slicked-down hair). Reeves is still looking very John Wick-like with his beard and long hair.
Another video made from a distance of what obviously appears to be Matrix-style stuntwork was posted on February 15th—it does seem like we’ll head back into that digital world as the Wachowskis created it 20 years ago.

Lana Wachowski is directing the fourth Matrix and while Laurence Fishburne is apparently not returning as Morpheus, Jada Pinkett is returning as Captain Niobe and there’s a slew of new cast members including Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Neil Patrick Harris, Jonathan Groff, Toby Onwumere, Eréndira Ibarra, and Jessica Henwick.
The Matrix 4 is slated to download into theaters on May 21, 2021.
