Pro-Golfer Natalie Gulbis Talks Sports, Malaria, And Looking Good In A Bikini

We paid very close attention to at least one of those things.

Meet Ladies Professional Golf Association’s (LPGA) blonde bombshell, Natalie Gulbis! If you missed the beautiful pro golfer on an earlier season of NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice, or didn’t read her latest monthly blog on ESPN.com, you can always catch her latest Pure Silk Bahamas tournament on May 23-26th on The Golf Channel. But first, keep reading to see how she answers the same 10 questions we always ask everyone!

You had malaria earlier this year – how did that happen? Are you feeling better?

I got bit by an infected mosquito in Thailand. I feel much better!

What’s the biggest tip you can give us for our golf game?

Get out and play – that’s the best way to get better. Play or practice as much as you can.

What do you look for in a guy?

I’m only looking for one – a guy that has a good heart, is adventurous, active, and shares my passion for charity and volunteering (especially my Boys & Girls Club in Las Vegas). Someone who wants a family and is strong in his faith.

You’re 5’9” – would you ever date a shorter guy?

Absolutely, if he had the other qualities I was looking for.

What’s your secret to looking good in your bikini shoots?

Good nutrition, lots of water, organic as often as possible, lots of sleep! I am also really active; I like making fitness fun! I don’t just go to the gym, I love to play tennis, paddleboard, dance, and run on the beach. I love facials and massages at the spa. My splurge treatment is the Ultimate Facial from the Spa at Trump Hotel Las Vegas. Guys can get facials too, it will help them have smooth skin and look younger too. I’d love to take my guy there for couples massage.

AND NOW: THE SAME 10 QUESTIONS WE ALWAYS ASK EVERYONE!

What was the last thing you had to apologize for?

Running over someone’s toe with my 80 lb. golf tour travel bag! People who see me with my two large pieces of luggage beware! I run into things when I am tired and have gotten stuck in some odd doors in airports…

What’s your favorite curse word?

I am working on swearing so right now it’s fudge.

What’s the worst hangover you’ve ever had?

In college at the University of Arizona, I don’t really want to share why, but I’m glad I can cross that off my list of life experiences!

What was your first car?

1983 Bronco. I loved that car! It was navy blue and ivory…I wish I’d never sold it!

Do you have a scar that tells a story?

I’ve had back surgery. The Laser Spine Institute procedure saved my career. I am very grateful for that surgery.

Do you have a party trick?

To throw a party? I always have a theme – theme parties are always more fun and get people in a relaxed mood. I love hosting parties – small dinner parties with close friends and family, birthday parties, and of course every sporting event that I can get a group of people together!

What’s the biggest thing you’ve ever put in your mouth?

An In and Out Double Double burger! A bet, of course, to see if I could eat the entire burger in one bite.

What’s the one thing to remember in a fist fight?

I have no idea, I’ve never been in one. Don’t get in one!

Who was the last person to see you naked?

Myself, this morning, in the mirror.

Finish this sentence: If I ruled the world for a day, I would…

Take away everyone’s cell phones and encourage people to spend quality time talking with loved ones.
