When Queen gifted the music world with its quasi-operatic mega-hit “Bohemian Rhapsody” in 1975, the British rockers also dropped an unforgettable music video that may have played a key role in launching the age of the video star.

Now the remaining members of the band have teamed with Google for “The Bohemian Rhapsody Experience.” It’s described as “…a journey through Queen frontman Freddie Mercury’s subconscious mind and recreates the sensation of being onstage with the band, with visual and audio elements that respond to your movements.”

A video detailing the virtual reality collab—which will also come in a 360-degree video version for anyone who doesn’t have Google’s relatively inexpensive Cardboard VR get-up—is above, and you can visit the Google Play page about the amazing 3D journey here.

While currently only available from Google Play, the “Experience” is also coming to iOS soon.

This looks like a fascinating new take on a song that’s become such a cultural touchstone. To relive the original “Bohemian Rhapsody” experience, watch the seminal video for the song below.
