Did WWE Star Randy Orton Just Call Out ‘Little Person’ Conor McGregor?
The pro wrestler reveals whether he’ll enter the UFC and baits McGregor in the process.
Thanks to CM Punk’s recent foray into the Octagon, the topic of wrestlers trying their hands at MMA is on the minds of a lot of fight fans right now. Randy Orton is the latest WWE superstar to weigh in on the possibility of throwing down inside the cage. His answer: No thanks.
I like making $. Over and over. Not once every 6 months….plus I'd prob fake punch the guy and get choked out. #lol https://t.co/xLXt01bzyf

Although, he would make one exception.
Unless it was the Irish guy little person Connor Mcdonald

Boom. Double diss. The “little person” he’s referring to is clearly Conor McGregor, whose name Orton can’t bother to get right. If you’re wondering why Orton would rip on the biggest fighter in the UFC, it goes back to McGregor talking trash to the entirety of the WWE a few weeks back.
First he said, “For the most part, those WWE guys are pussies. They’re messed up pussies if you ask me.” Then he said he’d “slap the head off” the entire WWE roster.
That drew a lot of responses from wrestlers past and present, but no one ripped into him quite like Ric Flair.
Coming from a guy who built a career copying my persona, I expected the type of class we get from Ronda or Anderson. pic.twitter.com/iVoC0Xva5g

McGregor hasn’t responded to Orton yet, but when he does he might want to make sure he doesn’t do it in person. Orton might not be a “real” fighter, but with eight inches on McGregor, he could pick up the UFC featherweight champ and toss him right across the room.
