It didn’t take long at all for New York Knicks power forward Rasheed Wallace to be ejected from Sunday’s showdown with the Phoenix Suns inside Madison Square Garden. Wallace was given two quick technical fouls in the first quarter, first for arguing with the officials following a foul on Luis Scola, and then a second for shouting, “Ball don’t lie!” after a Goran Dragic free throw. Wallace was ejected in just 85 seconds on the court. ESPNNewYork.com’s Ian Begley offered up this interesting thought on Wallace’s ejection: “Maybe Rasheed Wallace just wanted to watch football today.”
