Serve Wild Turkey 101 on the rocks. Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary.

1 tablespoon fig jam
1 1/2 oz. Wild Turkey 81
1/4 oz. orange liqueur
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Ice
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.
Fourth and Long
1 oz. Wild Turkey 101
3/4 oz. Wild Turkey 81
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/2 oz. maple syrup
Combine all ingredients, shake vigorously, and serve in a high ball glass. Garnish with a wedge of lemon.
