Watch The Trailer For Ron Howard’s Beatles Doc, ‘Eight Days a Week’
Here’s a sneak peek at the documentary debuting on Hulu in September.
The first trailer for Ron Howard’s new documentary, The Beatles: Eight Days a Week — The Touring Years, was released Monday—and you can watch it above.
The doc—which focuses on the Fab Four’s rise from 1962-1966— hits theaters on Sept. 16. It begins streaming on Hulu the very next day, which is the first time the streaming giant has debuted a movie so soon after its release, Entertainment Weekly reports.
Directed by Howard, the movie was made with the full cooperation of Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, as well as John Lennon’s widow Yoko Ono and George Harrison’s widow Olivia Harrison. The doc promises “rare and exclusive footage” of the band’s early years.
