Eminem Unloads on Current Political Situation in Brutal Freestyle Rap

Slim Shady is seriously pissed off.

Eminem made abundantly clear how he feels about politics in a brand new freestyle rap dubbed “The Storm” that dropped last night. Watch it above.

The 4.5-minute cypher premiered during the BET Hip Hop Awards broadcast. In the very first line, the Detroit rapper sets the tone for the rest of the tirade.

“That’s an awfully hot coffee pot/Should I drop it on Donald Trump?/ Prob’ly not, But that’s all I got ’til I come up with a solid plot.”

A moderate tempo allows audiences to hear every word as Eminem picks apart the president’s first year in office. Everything from the his Twitter habit to the Colin Kaepernick controversy gets mentioned.

Divisive as it was, the song was praised by many celebrities in and out of the hip hop community.
