This is some seriously risky business.

Tom Cruise just performed a stunt far more risky than that daring underwear-clad sock slide from Risky Business.
While shooting the next Mission: Impossible entry, Fallout, Cruise leapt from an airplane at 25,000 feet above the ground, while the plane was barreling at 200 miles per hour.

Director Christopher McQuarrie and Cruise shared images of the death-defying stunt on Instagram, which are just as pulse-pounding as any Mission: Impossible movie.

In February, Cruise himself tweeted out video of him operating a helicopter during an aerial stunt. Show us the money, Tom.

For the filming of Mission: Impossible – The Ghost Protocol, Cruise dangled from the then-largest building in the world, the 160-story and 2,722-feet Burj Khalifa.
See if Tom survives for premiere of Mission: Impossible – Fallout, when it hits theaters July 27.
