24 Karat Gold Chicken Wings Are Here, Whether You Want Them Or Not

It just might be the most absurdly luxurious chicken wing ever.

In collaboration with “Foodgod” Jonathan Cheban, New York City restaurant chain The Ainsworth just debuted 24 karat gold-dusted chicken wings. Yep, you read that right.

As far as NYC stunt foods go, like the world’s most expensive margarita or the $2,300 hot dog, they’re practically a steal. These blinged-out wings go for $30 for 10 pieces, $60 for 20, or a 50 piece feast with a gold bottle of Ace of Spades champagne for $1,000.

Now served at two Manhattan locations they are described by The Ainsworth as “the most expensive and insanely tasty 24K Gold Wings in the world.”

“My camera’s even trembling, these are so lit,” says Cheban in an Instagram video announcing the wings, before dipping them in blue cheese dip.

Cheban, in case you didn’t know, is the high-flying publicist-turned-social media foodie BFF of Kim Kardashian, who has frequently appeared on Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

He’s since legally changed his name to “Foodgod” and shares with his 2.6 million Instagram followers his lavish culinary exploits around the world.

So there you have it. Would you try one of his gold-dusted wings?
