G-Shock just released the brand’s first-ever timepiece that comes with a heart rate monitor.

The GBDH1000-1A7 comes in white, black, and neon colorways and along with classic G-Shock durability it is also equipped with fitness-related complications. That includes an integrated heart rate monitor with active heart rate display in addition to zones for five levels of exercise intensity.

Additional sensors include an array for tracking both altitude and barometric pressure, a compass, temperature, and according to the manufacturer’s description, “a 3-axis accelerometer” that “detects body movement to measure step count and distance traveled.”

The exercise-oriented timepiece also has GPS with GLONASS support for accuracy and connectivity, which it uses to track speed and pace, among other data.
