At some point in your beer drinking career, it becomes less about impressing your friends with how much you can get down the hatch and more about the quality of brew you enjoy. Hey, it happens to the best of us. And when it does, what’s better than having craft beers delivered straight to your door, either on demand or on a regular basis? Even better, what if they were poured from a tap right in your kitchen?

That’s the idea behind Hopsy, purveyors of the HomeTap made by the appliance specialists at Krups. It’s a simple way to enjoy great beer.

You simply order your beer, from a selection of over a dozen brewers, either online or through the Hopsy app, and it arrives the following day. Then whenever you’re ready, just pop one of the special 2-liter beer bottles into the HomeTap, and you’re ready to pour some golden drafty goodness.

For maximum freshness, you’ve got about two weeks to imbibe said brew once it’s been tapped. But that’s plenty of time to down eight glasses, right?

You can either buy the appliance on its own for $150, or have it included in your beer subscription, which starts at $60 a month for two 2-liter bottles. Weekly and biweekly plans are also available, for you lushes out there.

Although Hopsy just launched exclusively in San Francisco, give them a shout on their site to let them know you’d like to partake in this wonderful service in your area too.
