This Luxury Wireless Speaker Looks Just Like A Mercedes-AMG Grille

Watches seem to be the natural crossover product for supercar brands, but high-end speakers branded by Lamborghini, Bugatti, Porsche and now Mercedes-AMG make a compelling case for the niche luxury segment.
Mercedes’ performance branch is teaming up with Italy’s iXoost—the proprietors of the aforementioned Lambo speakers—to create an eye-popping audio piece penned with the likeness of the modern classic Mercedes-AMG GT.
Even the most casual observers will immediately recognize the careful recreation of the V8-powered, super-grand tourer’s radiator grille, complete with exactly 15 slats and a silver three-pointed star (The three-prong aluminum chassis on which the device sits also mirrors the Merc badge.)
There are other nods to supercar bits, including real AMG exhaust tips, hood strakes and even a three-piece diffuser in the rear, though its drag coefficient has yet to be released.
Images on a screen can’t describe how it sounds, but according to Robb Report, the racy carbon fiber chassis (i.e. shell) houses two 125-watt amps, two of six-inch subs and bass reflexes, and four one-inch tweeters that aim to deliver 360-degree high-fidelity audio. It’s a bit of a beast, measuring 26 inches inches long, 30 inches wide, and tipping the scales at 33 pounds.
