Floyd Mayweather Just Dropped Nearly $8 Million in Cash On A Massive Miami Mansion
Take a look inside Mayweather’s jaw-dropping new bachelor pad.
Floyd “Money” Mayweather just laid out $7.7 million in cash on an ultra-modern Miami Beach bachelor pad for when he rolls into Magic City, the L.A. Times reports.
Built in 2015, the killer contemporary mansion features exotic Ipe wood siding and walls of floor-to-ceiling windows offering knockout views of the Intracoastal Waterway.
Inside there’s 5,200 square feet of open-plan space for Mayweather and The Money Team to spar or roam around in.
The abode features a glass-and-steel floating staircase, formal living and dining rooms, and five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
A chef’s kitchen – which we assume will be used by an actual chef – is decked out in white lacquer countertops and cabinets.
The property also has Ipe wood privacy walls around the perimeter, a zero-edge swimming pool and spa, a deck and a private dock where Mayweather can park a yacht or two.
A rooftop patio with an outdoor kitchen offers stunning unimpeded views of passing pleasure craft and other celebrity homes nearby.
The property was most recently listed for $8.49 million, so Money got himself a pretty good deal.
We assume showing up with suitcases full of greenbacks had something to do with it…..
