Watch This Powerlifter Bench 245 Pounds in EACH Hand for New Personal Record

WOW.

Pull any regular guy off the street and test his one-rep max on a bench press, and it’ll be less than 245 pounds almost 100 percent of the time.

Larry “Wheels” Williams is no average Joe, and he just proved it by putting up two 245-pound barbells—one in each hand—not once, not twice, but three times. It’s also safe to say that 490 pounds is no where near his cap.

The powerlifter, bodybuilder and aspiring strongman has apparently done the unorthodox pec exercise before, because he wrote “PR!” (Personal Record) in the clip’s caption.

As Muscle & Fitness notes, Wheels has been on a major tear lately. He set another PR with a three-rep deadlift of 881 pounds less than two weeks ago.

And as a display of his phenomenal grip strength, Wheels even attempted a 675-pound deadlift with one freakin’ arm. That one didn’t go so well…apparently he’s stronger than his strap.

Oh, and here he is feeding a lion and tiger some kitty formula in Dubai.
