Supermodel Barbara Palvin Stuns As Longines ‘Ambassador Of Elegance’
The former Maxim cover model joins forces with a Swiss watchmaker.
Former Maxim cover model Barbara Palvin is no stranger to matters of style, taste, elegance and beauty (often all on display at the same time). It’s only fitting, then, that the superstar model and former Victoria’s Secret Angel is the new face of luxury watch brand Longines, famed for its understated refinement and stunning timepieces.
Known for its crisply designed, subtly stylish dress watches like the Longines Dolcevita (a smaller version of which Palvin helped launch at a 2023 New York event), the watchmaker notes that the 2023 Maxim Hot 100 star is “a pure expression of what true elegance is,” while also noting that “she embodies the contemporary and bold woman we have in mind when we create our products.”
In recent weeks, Palvin memorably appeared in a video spotlighting her on-the-go lifestyle wearing the Longines Conquest, a timepiece that Longines says marries a “subtle fusion of performance and elegance, including the most demanding technical features.” Palvin, who has won international modeling awards and led charitable efforts for water purification systems, seems a fitting choice to sport the go-anywhere timepiece.
Of the Conquest, Longines also said that the elegant-yet-sporty timepiece “perpetuates the spirit of conquest of all those who have dared to go further than others in their quest for new horizons.”
Known as an avid reader, 2016 Maxim cover model Palvin loves to spend time in the great outdoors (when not cruising down Fashion Week runways), and the watchmaker also said the supermodel values time with her family in Budapest.
