This Sporty Little Powerboat Is The Perfect Combination of Speed and Luxury
Sometimes smaller is baller.
We’re man enough to admit that bigger isn’t always better—at least in the nautical world. Sure, eye-popping superyachts have their place. But sometimes small and speedy is the way to go, as with De Antonio Yachts’ D33, which comes in both Cruiser and Open models.
Spec for spec, the two versions are nearly identical, from their 32-foot length and 10-person capacity to their neatly hidden twin outboard engines each ranging from a standard 200HP up to a beefy 350HP.
They both also sport artificial teak flooring with two retractable tables that quickly convert the stern from a sun deck into a dining area. But the Cruiser offers a full kitchen, complete with sink, fridge, ceramic cooktop and microwave, whereas the Open does not.
True to its name, the Cruiser model also offers additional sleeping quarters, a double bed to go along with the two singles in the other room. So this boat is fun for an intimate group by day or night.
Along with plenty of optional external accessories, it’s available in two additional trims, Sport and Classy.
Too bad it can’t have both, cause the D33 looks like quite the sporty, classy little motorboat to zip around on (or just lounge about).
