The Ducati Monster 1200R is already one of the baddest cafe racers at its price point, but the genius German bike builders at Diamond Atelier conjured a one-off custom model that looks like it fell from motorcycle heaven.
Yes, that’s 24-karat gold that wraps the frame and accents the olive green tank. The seat has also been upgraded with hand-stitched leather, but what makes this Monster truly one of a kind is s 3D-printed tale piece supported by its own bespoke subframe.
Beneath all of that opulence is the 1200R’s 160-horsepower engine capable of blasting riders to 160 mph and a Superbike-spec brake system to slow them down.
“There was basically no brief,” Diamond Atelier’s Tom Konecny told Bike EXIF. “Only a wish to make a great bike even better. That’s what we tried to achieve.”
