Ducati Launches Lamborghini Huracan-Inspired Streetfighter Superbike

It’s literally the Lamborghini of motorcycles.

Whether you’re the proud, deep-pocketed owner of the racy Lamborghini Huracan STO or want to add Raging Bull style to your garage without coughing up a six-figure sum, the new Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini is a superbike to consider.

Lamborghini and Ducati’s “style center” (Centro Stile Ducati) worked together to endow the Streetfighter V4 with stylish cues based of the performance-focused Huracan Super Trofeo Omologata (STO), which is essentially the roadgoing version of the 24 Hours of Daytona-winning Huracan GT3 EVO.

The mudguard, for example, is inspired by the Huracan STO’s airflow-improving “cofango—a combination of the Italian words for hood and fender. Grooves located on the belly pan, side covers and single-seater tail are shaped like the Huracn STO’s cooling, brake and hood intakes. And all of these carbon fiber components are textured to look and feel like Huracan’s air-slicing body. Even the saddle is highlighted in accordance with the Huracan STO’s performance seats.

Power comes from the same engine that rockets Ducati’s Streetfighter V4 and flagship Panigale V4 S—a 203-horsepower 1,103 cc Desmosedici Stradale four-cylinder derived from MotoGP, the motorcycling equivalent of Formula One.

Only 630 examples of the Ducati Streetfighter Lamborghini will be produced in Verde Citrea and Arancio Dac livery, one of the Huracan STO’s green color combinations. The Brembo wings and brake calipers are also colored in Arancio Dac, the latter with a contrasting black logo.

For Huracan STO owners, a special edition color-matched exactly to their car can be ordered, but only 63 of these “Speciale Clienti” bikes are available, the number being a reference to Lamborghini’s founding in 1963.

Priced at $68,000 and $83,000 for the Special Clienti edition, deliveries of the Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini begin in May of 2023.
