In the Jeep Super Bowl ad featuring Bill Murray doing a mini-reboot of his Groundhog Day, viewers got a look at the automaker’s new all-terrain e-bike (around 40 seconds in). Those who caught a glimpse and have been waiting around ever since to get their hands on it are in luck—Jeep began taking pre-orders for the bike on March 1st.

This fat-tire e-bike doesn’t come cheap, but there are good reasons for that.

It’s powered by a 750W motor that was developed by electric bike maker and Jeep partner QuietKat and comes with Fire-Link suspension and an impressive 118 lb-ft of torque. So yeah, it’s designed to handle whatever obstacles the trail throws in your way.

Aside from that, Jeep’s e-bike has a pretty impressive 40-mile range as well.

Jeep knows what it is doing, and that’s evident in the commercial—this e-bike is intended to be the perfect adventure companion to the Rubicon, or for that matter, the Gladiator and Renegade.

The e-bike begins shipping in June 2020 and it retails for $5,899. Learn more at jeepe-bike.com.
