This New Fiat Was Designed by the Devil

The all-new Fiat 500 Turbo Cattiva is a tiny Italian with tons of attitude.

OK, time for some Italian 101: “Cattiva” is a word that describes a person or situation that’s naughty, yet cool. The 2013 Fiat 500 Turbo Cattiva, which is debuting this Friday at the Concorso Italiano in Monterey, CA, lives up to its name. It’s got a blacked-out look, an aggressive demeanor, and, as Jason Stoicevich, Head of FIAT Brand for North America, puts it, the car “exudes a devilish designed-for-the-street look.”

So what does this mean, exactly? It starts with blacked-out headlamps, taillamps, and parking lamps and unique 16-inch black-painted aluminum wheels. A glossy black roof and performance spoiler enhance the silhouette. Inside, the speed demon features black/gray cloth sport seats with silver accent stitching and a sport steering wheel hand-stitched with silver-accented thread. The peppy turbo 4 backs up the little guy’s mean looks, and even though 135 horsepower might not sound like much, remember that this bad boy is extremely light. Take one for a test drive when it hits dealers later this year and, as we like to say here at Maxim, let your little devil out.
