When Your $2.5 Million Pagani’s Cockpit Isn’t Good Enough, Call Hermes
This is the only way to ride.
What to do when you realize that your custom chocolate brown $2.5 million Pagani Huayra will have the same utterly perfect cabin as all your buddies’ Huayras? If you are California exotic car mega-collector Manny Khosbin, you get the cockpit redone by the fancy Parisian fashion house, Hermes.
Khosbin did not indicate whether his car has the regular 750-horsepower version of the 6.0-liter Mercedes-AMG V12 engine or the upgraded 789-horsepower edition seen in the limited-edition Huayra BC.
With the help of Hermes’ director of design, Khosbin collaborated with Pagani on the design of his personalized Huayra, a project that took a year, Khosbin explained in his Instagram post highlighting his newest acquisition.
This Huayra also enjoys the Tempesta Package, which includes revised bodywork for improved aerodynamics, larger wheels, and updated suspension and exhaust.
The car’s leather seats and shift knob incorporate a subtle “H” pattern in tribute to the cockpit designer’s contributions. It also came with made-to-measure luggage of the same leather as the upholstery.
Sounds perfect for a getaway for two to break in the Huayra’s engine.
