Sickest Cars of 2013: BMW M5

The original wolf in sheep’s clothing is back, and raw power has never looked so dignified.

The car that redefined sports sedan returns with an all-new edition, and those with money to spend and multiple humans to lug around couldn’t be happier. This is the first model from BMW’s storied M (or Motorsport) division to adopt Valvetronic, which sounds like an X-Men villain but is actually a technology that meters air intake air by varying valve lift. Don’t know what that means? It doesn’t matter. The end result is a 560hp engine that makes this thing fly like the Red Baron. The car will also save you trips to the chiropractor, because its seats have four-way lumbar support. (That should help improve the Mr. Burns-esque posture you’ve developed over the years.)
