Greece’s Technohull is adding a new layer of luxury to its performance-based philosophy, one that’s showcased by its new Omega 48 flagship yacht.

The nearly 50-footer boasts a category-best 15.5 feet of deck space for a performance vessel in a layout new to Technohull. Underneath a new hardtop and behind a full glass windshield are two rows of shock-absorbing seats, as well as a large island sunbed in the aft deck and another at the bow, according to Robb Report.

Comfort can elevated further with a list of options that includes a mini bar, fully-stocked wet bar, or a couch-table combo. Below deck, a spacious cabin with an oversized double bed and bath is hidden behind a sliding glass door.

Technohull has long been a bastion of performance—Maxim previously highlighted its 90-mph, mega rigid-inflatable Omega 45.

The new Omega 48 will be similarly impressive on the water, with propulsion options ranging from twin 600-horsepower motors to a five-engine layout, each engine producing 450 horsepower. The propulsion options do slightly affect overall length—50 feet with inboards, 49 feet with outboards.

In combination with Technohull’s deep-cut, V-shaped Dynastream hull, the the engines will surely offer exciting performance figures, though none have been disclosed.

Orders for the Technohull Omega 48 open up in the coming months before the first examples hit the water in mid-2023. Prices haven’t be revealed, but based on the Omega 47’s prices, expect it to cost in excess of $800,000.
