Breitling’s Bandit Avenger is The Naval Aviation-Inspired Watch You Deserve
Fly high with this rugged military timepiece.
Breitling has just released a badass new watch just in time for the Baselworld trade show—the Avenger Bandit Spirit of Naval Aviation edition, which “forcefully embodies daring feats and extreme missions”, certainly not something an everyday Apple Watch can lay claim to.
With a 45 mm titanium case, gray “stealth” finish, military grade rubber strap and high-performance mechanical movement, it’s built tough for duty on the decks of aircraft carriers and the cockpits of fighter planes.
Priced starting at $5,400, the Bandit’s rough-and-ready stealth finish eliminates any undesirable reflection of light in the heat of action, echoed by the grey dial with tone-on-tone counters and aviation-inspired stenciled numerals.
A luminescent coating for visibility in low light is set off by the thick sapphire crystal glareproofed on both sides. Water-resistant to 300 m/1,000 ft, it features Breitling’s tough-as-nails Caliber 13 self-winding chronograph movement.
Because after all, when you’re taking out ISIS assets, you don’t need a watch that notifies you about your latest Tinder match.
