In honor of G-Shock’s 35th anniversary, Casio is bringing a (literally) precious new addition to their G-Shock range of watches in the form of the “G-D5000-9JR”—a luxe Full Metal 5000 18K solid gold concept watch.

The digital timepiece has a solid gold square case, brand, and screws. And even though it’s the brand’s most expensive watch to date, this is no fragile museum novelty: it is still as water and impact resistant as any other G-Shock.

This rarity is also equipped with every feature of a Full Metal 5000. That includes the Tough Solar charging system, 38 time zone coverage, LED backlight, and a Multi-Band 6 technology that automatically adjusts to any timezone you’re in time using atomic clock signals around the globe.

With only 35 of these baller watches available worldwide and a price tag of around $69,500, this is no casual purchase.

Interested? You can pre-order on Casio’s website on May 15 for shipment in December 2019.
