This Majestic ‘Downton Abbey’ Castle Is Being Listed on Airbnb
Book the ultimate date night at this historic castle made famous by the PBS series and movie.
The ultra-luxe homes listed on Airbnb are getting better and better, and now Highclere Castle, home of the cult PBS series Downton Abbey, is now available to rent via the service.
Home to the earl and countess of Carnarvon, the castle will be hosting two lucky people for one night only on November 26th to celebrate the release of the new Downton Abbey movie.
The Castle is over 100,000 square feet of opulence and has 300 rooms, and the lucky guests who score a night will enjoy cocktails in the Saloon and a traditional dinner with the Earl and Countess of Carnarvon in the State Dining Room.
Coffee will served in the Library after dinner all while being waited on by Highclere Castle’s own butler.
The experience includes breakfast in the morning followed by a tour of the Castle grounds, as well as “a special gift from Lord and Lady Carnarvon so you can enjoy a little bit of Highclere Castle at home.”
