Rock a Skater Vibe This Winter With the Hanon x WeSC Capsule Collection

Even if it’s too cold for the half pipe.

Even if it’s too cold to hit the half pipe, don’t miss your chance to accrue some skater style points this winter.

Because your heavy coat is looking a bit worse for wear, Hanon and WeSC teamed up for an offbeat capsule collection to add some edge to your coat closet. Although the brands took cues from skater culture and streetstyle for the collection, first and foremost these are some pretty damn good jackets.

Remember: Utility always comes first.

Seeing that Hanon hails from Northern Scotland and WeSC from Stockholm, you can trust these guys to keep your warm. The highlight of the collection is easily the Italian melton wool coach jacket, while some other pieces incorporate water resistant suedes. So if anyone dares knock your decidedly stylized duds, just show them how damn warm and durable they are.

To match your wintertime gloom and doom, the collection works with a grayscale color palate, which similarly reflects wintry Sweden and the granite landscapes of Scotland. Nonetheless, Hanon and WeSC have still managed some flare with military inspired flag patches, dual branded logo tees, and tartan flannels.

In all, the collection counts 10 custom pieces. Accessories start around $50, streetwear at $90, and shoes at $250. The line will launch exclusively at Hanon stores on Saturday, January 23rd followed by WeSC stores and online February 1st.
