In a bid for the ultimate summer sneaker, Greats has unveiled a new “Royale Summer Vintage” version of its classically styled Royale model.
The Royale is your standard leather trainer, available in a bevy of colors but most popular in all-white.
For this version, the Brooklyn-based shoe supplier opted for the traditional white look but wrapped them in a trendy mesh nylon material. Take that, Adidas Stan Smith!
The nylon uppers are a clean white, but the soles more of an off-white, and the heel counters are in one of three “summer colors”—tan, light blue and black.
There won’t be a price uptick despite its cool new look. The “Royale Summer Vintage” comes in at $179 each, the same as the original Royale.
The sneakers hit shelves on June 15 in limited quantities. Happy hunting!
