‘Super Mario’-Themed Nintendo x Levi’s Collection Salutes Iconic Video Game
Nintendo and Levi’s dropped a wild new clothing line featuring hoodies, jackets, jeans and caps adorned with Super Mario characters.
Levi’s and Nintendo have launched an eye-popping new capsule collection that pays tribute to Super Mario Brothers for the game’s 35th anniversary.
Denim, tees, hoodies and accessories feature famous characters like Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Bowser, and Princess Peach, as well as eye-catching color schemes and items derived the iconic Italian plumber’s universe.
For instance, there are gold coins peeking out of jean pockets, mushrooms and stars on back patches, jean tabs inscribed with retro font, and shank buttons in red, blue, green, and yellow.
A Levi’s 501 ’93 Straight jean gets a special “POWER UP” custom selvage on the cuff and a print of Mario himself running around the inside waistband.
Other pieces include Super Mario-printed trucker jackets, shorts, overalls, tote bags, banana slings, and wallets.
The 50-piece Levi’s x Super Mario line is available now online, with varied prices ranging from $18 to $168.
